- Is this ready to use this season?
- Yes. It's in use right now at the D1, D3, and high school levels — coaches are scripting practice and pulling insights this week. If it isn't working for you by your third practice, you get a full refund and keep every plan as a PDF.
- What happens after I request access?
- You'll hear back within two business days with login details. Most programs are live the same week.
- Do I have to import all my drills first?
- No. The library fills itself as you plan — type a drill that isn't saved yet and it offers to save it, tagged, without leaving the practice. If you'd rather start loaded, send last season's plans in whatever form they're in and they'll be imported before your first session.
- Can I get my data out?
- Every practice plan exports to PDF and prints, so your season is yours in a format that doesn't depend on DrillStack existing. A structured export of your full drill library isn't self-serve yet — request one and you'll get the file, no questions asked.
- What if I need a specific practice plan format?
- The program header is customizable — your school, your logo, your naming. The layout of the plan itself isn't adjustable yet. If format is a dealbreaker, ask before you buy and you'll get a straight yes or no.

- Do my assistants need accounts?
- On the Program tier, yes — five full accounts, so every coach on staff can build and edit. On Founding Coach it's one login. Plans can be shared with staff and players through a read-only link that doesn't require an account.
